Golden Visa for 5 years in Abu Dhabi and for 10 years in other parts of The UAE is available to investors who invest in property worth more than Dhs2 million (USD 5,44,528.80). Investors can borrow money from specific local banks or purchase some properties (including off-plan) from approved local real estate companies.
